HAYSVILLE — A wrecker was needed after a collision involving two pickup trucks Thursday morning east of Haysville.
Ryan Case, 43, Crystal, was westbound on State Road 56 in a 2002 Ford F-250 when the 9:18 a.m. accident occurred at Kellerville Road, according to the Dubois County Sheriff’s Office.
Case stopped to turn south onto the county road, and when he did, his Ford was rear-ended by a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Levi Smoot, 39, French Lick, according to the sheriff’s office.
A deputy placed Smoot at fault but no citations were issued.
No damage estimate was given but a Uebelhor & Sons wrecker assisted with a tow.
