Woman charged with possessing meth, syringe

From Local Sources

Bolin

JASPER — Authorities booked a woman into the Dubois County Security Center on Friday to answer to a warrant charging her with felony possession of methamphetamine and a syringe, plus misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Court records indicate the Jasper Police Department found Holly E. Bolin, 33, Central City, Kentucky, in possession of meth, a spoon with white and brown powdery residue and a syringe on Nov. 8 while taking her into custody on an active Warrick County warrant.

A local summons charging Bolin with Level 6 felony counts of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe and a misdemeanor count of possession of paraphernalia was issued out of Dubois Superior Court in January. When Bolin failed to appear for an initial hearing in March, the court issued a warrant for her to be taken into custody.

Authorities booked Bolin into the security center at 2:30 p.m. Friday on the active local warrant.
