JASPER — Authorities filed misdemeanor marijuana and paraphernalia charges against a Jasper woman last week.
Caymen N. Bachoco Dotterweich, 18, 326 E. 14th St., Jasper, was allegedly found to possess marijuana and a glass smoking pipe during a Dec. 7 contact with the Jasper Police Department, according to case documents.
Bachoco Dotterweich was given a date to appear in court and, during an initial hearing Thursday in Dubois Superior Court, her request for pauper counsel was approved and a preliminary plea of not guilty was entered on her behalf.
Her next court appearance was set for Jan. 27.
