HUNTINGBURG — Police placed a woman under arrest early today after being called to the report of a disturbance in front of some apartments.
The 12:01 a.m. dispatch for the Huntingburg Police Department reported there was an intoxicated female banging on an apartment door.
Units made contact with Tiffany N. Julian, 27, 813 Shelby St., Huntingburg, who exhibited signs of impairment. Authorities said Julian’s blood alcohol content later tested .23%.
Police reported Julian had a juvenile in her care at the time of the incident.
After being medically cleared at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center, Julian was booked into the Dubois County Security Center at 5:59 a.m. on preliminary charges that included a Level 6 felony count of neglect of a dependant and a misdemeanor count of public intoxication.
