JASPER — Police took a woman into custody after a Tuesday afternoon report of a domestic incident that had included physical injury.
The report came in to the Jasper Police Department at 4 p.m. and officers alleged one of the individuals involved, Ronda L. Phillips, 59, Fairland, was confrontational with police and EMTs.
Phillips refused treatment and, when being placed into custody, also declined to go with officers trying to secure her.
Authorities booked Phillips into the Dubois County Security Center at 5:09 p.m. on preliminary misdemeanor counts of resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
