Wildcats holding clinic on FridayJuly 13, 2021

Students, parents and people are invited to the 8 a.m. through Noon to a free Strength and Conditioning clinic Jasper is holding on Friday, with some guests on hand to present topics.
Dr. Braden Singleton is a faculty member at Indiana University. He will be the first presenter in the Jasper High School Community Room and then the weight room to demonstrate. Two athletes from Indiana University will be on hand to help demonstrate.
Adam Lane is the Head Strength and Sports Performance Coordinator at Decatur Central in Indianapolis. He will provide the second presentation in the weight room for progressions on core lifts and Jasper athletes will be used to help demonstrate.
Husband and wife authors Tony and Arin Lindauer from Indianapolis will primarily be in the Community Room to talk about nutrition for athletes or for people in general.
Lastly will be Indiana State University instructor Charles Peebles, who will discuss ways to avoid injuries and perform better.
