Wayne K. Nelson, 79, of French Lick, entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 29, 2018, at Springs Valley Meadows in French Lick.
He was born on April 30, 1939, in French Lick to Bedford and Blanche (Case) Nelson. Wayne married the love of his life, Janice F. Hall, on January 22, 1966, and she preceded him in death on January 14, 2005.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Roy Nelson.
He is survived by one daughter, Sandra Veirs (Craig), Monrovia; one brother, George Nelson, Oolitic; two sisters, Betty Nelson and Goldie Nelson, both of French Lick; two grandchildren, Alexandra and Nelson Veirs, Monrovia; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and a great-nephew.
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Bro. Joe Crow on Thursday, November 1, at 11 a.m. at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Sulphur Creek Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31, at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.
Arrangements are in the care of Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Homes, French Lick.
