From Local Sources

HUNTINGBURG — Indiana State Police arrested a Warrick County motorist early Sunday and accused him of impaired driving.

A trooper patrolling in Huntingburg stopped a 2015 Dodge Dart at 1:37 a.m. after observing it at Fifth and Main streets traveling without headlights.

Police said the driver, Bryan A. Ellerbruck, 35, Lynnville, exhibited signs of impairment and had a blood alcohol content that tested .094% at the Huntingburg Police Station.

Authorities booked Ellerbruck into the Dubois County Security Center at 3:42 a.m. Sunday on a preliminary misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated. He was given a date to appear in court and released Sunday on his own recognizance.
