Warren K. Springston, 90, Selvin
October 5, 2020Warren K. Springston, age 90, of Selvin, Indiana, passed away at 2:15 p.m., Thursday, October 1, 2020, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.

He was born October 12, 1929, in Evansville, to Roy and Arline (Avery) Springston; and married Dorothy M. Klein on December 11, 1948. Warren was a school teacher and for most of his career taught math at Central High School in Evansville and worked as a farmer. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and being in the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy M. Springston, who passed away September 28, 2020; his parents; one daughter, Debbie Brace; one son, Roy Dean Springston; and one brother, Grenade Springston.
He is survived by four children, Donna (Carroll) Morgan of Selvin, David (Sharon) Springston of Holland, Barbara (Jack) Werremeyer of Selvin and Linda (Charlie) Hall of Selvin; son-in-law, Steve Brace of Holland; and by twelve grandchildren, twenty three great-grandchildren with one great-great-grandchild on the way.
Private funeral services for Warren K. Springston will be held at 2:00 p.m., E.D.T., Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Selvin Cemetery. Pastor Debbie Roe will officiate the service.
Private visitation will be held from 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home. The family has asked that services remain private due to COVID-19 precautions.
