JASPER — Authorities served a warrant for attempted residential entry and unauthorized entry of a vehicle on a woman already incarcerated in the Dubois County Security Center.
Patricia K. Wright, 57, 258 Baden Strasse, Jasper, has been at the county jail since Jan. 19 after being arrested on a theft charge.
On Wednesday, Wright was served with a warrant charging her with Level 6 felony attempted residential entry and misdemeanor unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
Court records indicate the charges stem from incidents on Sept. 7 of last year when she allegedly tried to enter a woman’s Jasper apartment and entered a man’s vehicle without permission.
The Jasper Police Department investigated the incidents, which resulted in a warrant being issued Tuesday out of Dubois Circuit Court.
