Warrant charges man with invasion of privacy

HUNTINGBURG — A Huntingburg man was brought to jail during the weekend on a warrant charging him with two misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy.

The Huntingburg Police Department investigated the case involving John M. Davis II, 28, 305 E. 17th St., Huntingburg, after officers were called Wednesday afternoon to the report of a protective order violation through social media.

A warrant for Davis’ arrest was issued Friday in Dubois Circuit Court and Huntingburg police brought him to the Dubois County Security Center on Saturday afternoon.
