From Local Sources

HUNTINGBURG — Authorities booked an Orange County man into the Dubois County Security Center this week on a warrant charging him with intimidation and harassment.

Charging documents allege Timmy Lagenour, 51, French Lick, communicated a threat to commit a forcible felony to a man he was speaking to on the phone June 19. Indiana State Police investigated the incident that resulted in an arrest warrant being issued July 5 in Dubois Circuit Court charging Lagenour with a Level 6 felony count of intimidation and a misdemeanor count of harassment.

The Dubois County Sheriff’s Office took Lagenour into custody Monday and he was booked into the security center at 5:34 p.m. on the active warrant.
