Warrant brings Sullivan County woman to jail

JASPER — A Sullivan County woman was brought to the Dubois County Security Center on Friday on a warrant charging her with drug-related offenses.
Jacqulyn R.N. McDaniels, 31, Dugger, is alleged to have possessed a syringe, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in Dubois County in late August.
A warrant charging her with Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia was issued out of Dubois Superior Court on Sept. 24. Authorities booked her into the security center at 10:15 a.m. Friday on the active warrant.
During an initial hearing Wednesday, the court granted McDaniels’ request for appointed counsel, and set her next hearing for Oct. 16.
