Verkamp family holds reunionAugust 30, 2021
There were 69 descendants of the Leonard and Katie Verkamp family who met on Saturday, Aug. 28, 2021, at Verkamp Park near Schnellville for a family reunion. A fried chicken supper with carry-in dishes was served at 5 p.m. The reunion was hosted by the Bernita and Joe Bourke family.

Family pictures were taken after the meal. Everyone enjoyed playing cards and socializing.
The next reunion will be held on July 9, 2022, and hosted by the Helen and Hilbert Theising family.
