VELPEN — A 23-year-old Velpen man faces child pornography charges after an investigation led by the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Cyber Crimes Unit.
According to the Indiana State Police, Dylan Cole Henke, 23, was arrested Friday afternoon after investigators served a search warrant at his residence at 3686 S. CR900 East, Velpen.
Based on information discovered during the investigation and subsequent search warrant, Henke was arrested for four counts of possession of child pornography, a Level 5 felony.
He is currently being held in the Pike County Jail on a $350,000 bond.
The Indiana State Police were assisted by the Warrick County Sheriff’s Department and Pike County Prosecutor’s Office.
The investigation is ongoing.
The investigation was initiated after receiving a CyberTip report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
