JASPER — A Friday morning accident on 36th Street just east of Newton Street totaled two vehicles and damaged a third.
At 10:57 a.m., Lena M. Davis, 40, Dubois, was pulling out of Taco Bell's parking lot onto 36th Street, Teegan L. Breeding, 18, Oakland City, was traveling east on 36th and Janet R. Leisman, 56, St. Anthony, was westbound on 36th waiting in traffic.
Davis failed to see Breeding on the street, according to Jasper Police. Breeding's 2004 Chevrolet Silverado hit Davis' 2003 Dodge Durango, police said.
Due to the impact, the Durango flipped onto its top and Breeding's Silverado went northeast and collided into Leisman's 2012 Ford Taurus, police said. All occupants were treated for unspecified injuries at the scene; no one was transported to the hospital, police said.
The Durango and Silverado were a total loss and the Taurus sustained $2,000 in damages, according to the police's report. Davis was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
Officers were assisted by the Dubois County Sheriff's Office, Indiana State Police and Ruxer's towing service.
