FERDINAND — Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene of a car-versus-pickup truck collision Thursday afternoon at the exit of a factory parking lot.
Nena M. Bean, 56, Leavenworth, was exiting the West Third Street lot of MasterBrand Cabinets in a 2006 Buick at the time of the 3:35 p.m. mishap, according to the Ferdinand Police Department.
Police said Bean proceeded without noticing a westbound 1994 Chevrolet pickup truck driven by Leslie D. Hunt, 59, Tennyson.
Each vehicle sustained an estimated $1,000 in damage in the resulting collision, according to police.
An officer faulted Bean for the accident and issued her a warning for failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
Both drivers were also advised to wear seat belts, according to police.
There were no injuries.
