Dubois County Historical Society meeting: The Dubois County Historical Society Meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 26, has been postponed until Thursday, Oct. 22. Food for Thought: Food for Thought: There and Gone and Back Again scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, at the Jasper Parklands Pavilion, Jasper, has been canceled.
Jasper Deutscher Verein: The Wednesday, March, 18, meeting at the Jasper Moose Lodge has been canceled.
Memorial Hospital classes: Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center has canceled or postponed all classes, support groups, events and employer/community group health screenings through April 3. Classes and events beyond this date will be evaluated pending state recommendations at that time. If you have any questions, call Memorial Hospital at 812-996-2345.
Networking event: The Dubois County Chamber’s first networking event scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, has been postponed.
Pfaffenweiler trip: The Jasper Partnership Commission and the Pfaffenweiler Partnership Commission have cooperatively made the decision to postpone the 35th Anniversary trip to Pfaffenweiler, scheduled for June 2020. It will be rescheduled for 2021.
Rummage sale: The rummage sale scheduled for Thursday through Saturday, March 26 to 28, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church has been postponed.
Strassenfest booth meeting: The Strassenfest Booth meeting scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, at the Jasper Knights of Columbus has been canceled. The 2020 Information Packet will be sent via email and has made available on the Jasper Strassenfest website. A printed packet will also be sent via USPS mail in the upcoming days.
Sisters of St. Benedict: the Sisters of St. Benedict are closing their Liturgy of the Hours and Masses to the public until further notice.
