Vardanyan joins Memorial psychiatric staff

JASPER — Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center has announced the addition of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Lusine Vardanyan to its Behavioral Health Services staff. She will provide initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing psychiatric medication management services in several local, long-term care facilities in Southern Indiana.
Vardanyan received her bachelor’s degree in nursing and her master’s degree in nursing and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and is board certified.
Vardanyan has worked as a registered nurse for the past four years in the neurological/medical intensive care unit at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.
