JASPER — Two businesses are joining Dollar General and The Doodlebug at Third Avenue Commons, a multi-tenant retail and office space facility on Jasper’s southeast side.
DaVita Kidney Care, a nationwide provider of dialysis services, will occupy nearly 7,000 square feet on the north end of the building.
Audiologist Dr. Leeann Berger, Au.D., a Dubois County native, will operate The Hearing Doctor LLC in the space adjacent to DaVita. Both businesses are scheduled to begin serving customers later this summer.
“We are glad to have the opportunity to work with DaVita and The Hearing Doctor as they expand their business operations and help to diversify our tenant blend at Third Avenue Commons. We look forward to our continued partnership and their success,” said Brian Tretter, managing member for Progressive Investment Company, a locally-owned and operated real estate development and leasing company based in Ferdinand that owns Third Avenue Commons.
