Trilogy campuses honored

St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper and Scenic Hills Care Center in Ferdinand received awards at the Trilogy Health Services 2013 Spring Meeting last week in Chicago.
The awards were based on customer satisfaction results from a semiannual survey that is sent to residents’ family members.
Both nursing homes received the President’s Platinum Award for excellence.
St. Charles was recognized for its customer satisfaction scores in staff attitude, quality of nursing care, food quality, activity programming and appearance/cleanliness.
Scenic Hills was recognized for its customer satisfaction scores in staff attitude, quality of nursing care, food quality, activity programming, appearance/cleanliness and cost/value.
The Southwest Division of Trilogy Health Services, which includes both Dubois County nursing homes, was recognized as the top company division based on the overall customer satisfaction scores of the individual health campuses.
