The Jasper Police Department stopped a 2006 Jeep Commander driven by Lance R. Camplin, 36, 707 E. 15th St., Jasper, at 7:37 p.m. near Third Avenue and Mill Street after observing Camplin fail to signal a turn.
While speaking with Camplin, officers determined he was acting odd. After field sobriety testing, Camplin was transported for further testing at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center.
