FERDINAND — Total damage reached $3,500 in a pickup truck-versus-SUV collision Saturday evening in front of Forest Park Jr.-Sr. High School.
Kathy L. Meyer, 64, Bretzville, was northbound on Michigan Street in a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 series truck when the 7:24 p.m mishap occurred at 15th Street, according to the Ferdinand Police Department.
Police said Meyer was intending to turn left onto 15th Street when she failed to yield the right of way to an eastbound 2006 Honda Pilot driven by Daniel R. Jochem, 48, Bretzville.
Damage in the collision was estimated at $2,500 to the Meyer Dodge and $1,000 to the Jochem Honda.
There were no injuries and no citations were issued.
