Topsy-Turvy

Leah Payne of Holland, 12, took a different approach to the inflatable obstacle course as she slid upside down during the Kiwanis Kiddie Karnival at the Dave Buehler Plaza in Jasper on Sunday. The Kiwanis Club of Jasper’s event included a bounce house, horse rides, children’s games, live music and food for sale.

 

Malachi Freyberger of Dubois, 4, rode the pony named Spitfire while being led by Mitch Kaiser of Jasper, 16, right, and Ethan Lents, 16. It was Malachi's first time riding a horse, and he was both excited and nervous.

 

Quinn Villanueva of Huntingburg, 2, blew a bubble with the help of Tori Hemmerlein of Jasper, 11, while Quinn's father, Jon, watched.

 

Brock Goggins of Jasper helped his daughter Bryn, 4, take aim at the putt-putt game.
