Thomas J. Siegel, 74, Fort Loramie, Ohio, died Tuesday morning, Nov. 19, 2013, at his home.
Surviving are his wife, the former Norma Muhlenkamp; a son, Paul Siegel and wife Mary Leah of Jasper; three daughters, Diane Magoto and husband Daniel of Russia, Donna Voisard and husband Michael of Mesquite, Texas, and Peggy Puthoff and husband Michael of Fort Loramie; three sisters, Geraldine Permenter of Troy, Ohio, Carol Streib of Versailles, Ohio, and Judith Holtvogt of Fort Loramie; and 12 grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Michael Catholic Church in Fort Loramie. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie.
Memorial contributions may be made to Wilson Hospice Care or a favorite charity.
