Third ‘Crossroads’ event set

From Local Sources

JASPER — Jasper Community Arts, as part of a collaboration with the Jasper Public Library and Dubois County Museum, is hosting a special program Tuesday as part of the Crossroads: Change in Rural America initiative.

Food for Thought – There and Gone and Back Again is a conversation sparked by the creative and culinary arts. It will take place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, at the Parklands Pavilion, 800 W. 15th St., Jasper.

This will be the third of five events to take place in the community as part of Crossroads. Author and journalist David Hoppe will explore themes of how creative entrepreneurs are using Indiana food and agricultural heritage to spark new life in communities today.

This event is free and open to the public. Anyone interested in attending is encouraged to reserve seats by visiting or by calling the Jasper Arts Center at 812-482-3070.
