TDI Brands announces leadership changes

JASPER — Tierra-Derco International, LLC, also known as TDI Brands, a forerunner in supplying innovative, distinctive, and timeless products to the garden center industry since 1996, has announced the following leadership changes to better position the organization for current and future growth.
Holly Mundy has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing and TDI Business Development. Mundy came to TDI Brands in August 2016 as Director of Marketing and has made a significant impact on building brand recognition and marketing strategy for the company. She most recently held the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing for TDI. In her new position, she will oversee marketing for TDI Brands and will also be responsible for creating and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across all distribution channels for the TDI division. Mundy will also oversee TDI customer service and lead TDI product development.
Bob Willard has been promoted to Vice President, SAC Business Development & General Manager for Stone Age Creations (SAC) division of TDI Brands. Willard came to TDI Brands in June 2018 as Division Manager for Stone Age Creations division and has been instrumental in developing the team and operations for this division. In his new position, he will be responsible for creating and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across all distribution channels for the Stone Age Creations division. Willard will also oversee the New London Ohio operation and lead SAC product development.
Melissa Mehringer has been hired as Marketing Manager for TDI Brands. She will be responsible for all aspects of marketing across all divisions of TDI Brands, including catalog development, social media platforms, websites, communications, and brand development. Mehringer comes to TDI Brands from Masterbrand Cabinets, where she was Marketing/Product Analyst. Previously, she spent 23 years at Kimball Hospitality where she most recently held the position of Marketing Communications Manager.

Holly and Bob have provided excellent leadership in this regard, and with the addition of Melissa from a marketing perspective, I am excited about our strategic business development opportunities that lie ahead."
