FERDINAND — The Tri-County YMCA is now accepting registrations for its T-Ball program.
The program will emphasize the fundamentals of hitting, running, catching and throwing while building character through practicing honesty, caring, respect, responsibility and faith. The program is for children ages 3 to kindergarten and will run from April 9 to May 11.
Practices will be held on Tuesday or Thursday evenings with games taking place on Saturday mornings. Practices will be held at 18th Street Park in Ferdinand and the games will be held at 5th Street Park in Ferdinand.
The cost is $30 for YMCA Household Memberships or $50 for non-facility members.
There will be an informational parent/coach meeting on Monday, March 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the YMCA and on Tuesday, March 19 at 6:30 p.m.
Registration forms can be found at www.tricountyymca.org and will be accepted until Tuesday, March 19.
