ST. ANTHONY — A Monday night call reporting a suspicious vehicle parked at a St. Anthony business resulted in a drug arrest.
The Dubois County Sheriff’s Department responded to the 10:22 p.m. call about a man and woman in a vehicle. The deputies on scene included K-9 Karma, who indicated on the vehicle.
The sheriff’s department said Tonya A. Bouillon, 37, 7588 E. 625S, Birdseye, was found to have paraphernalia that included a pipe with residue, cotton swabs and a straw and container with power residue, plus substances that field tested positive as cocaine and heroin, all in her purse.
Authorities booked Bouillon into the Dubois County Security Center at 11:42 p.m. on preliminary Level 6 felony counts of cocaine and heroin possession and a preliminary misdemeanor count of paraphernalia possession.
The man at the scene was not charged.
A Department of Natural Resources conservation officer assisted.
