St. Meinrad firefighters called to PSC HQ

ST. MEINRAD — The St. Meinrad Volunteer Fire Department responded to an alarm activation Thursday morning at the PSC headquarters at 11877 E. State Road 162.
There was no fire associated with the 9:44 a.m. CT callout to the telecommunications company, according to Fire Chief Tom Kloeck. Instead, he added, the run was chalked up to a false alarm.
Six trucks and 16 firefighters responded for 15 minutes.
