JASPER — St. Charles Health Campus received the Platinum Award for excellence at the Trilogy Health Services fall meeting, which was held Oct. 17 and 18 in Indianapolis. The award was based on customer satisfaction results from a semiannual survey that is sent to residents’ family members. St. Charles received recognition for its customer satisfaction scores in staff attitude, quality of nursing care, food quality, activity programming and appearance/cleanliness.
Honors also went to the Southwest Division of Trilogy Health Services, as was recognized as the top company division based on the overall customer satisfaction scores of the individual health campuses. St. Charles Health Campus and Scenic Hills Care Center in Ferdinand are part of that division.
Companywide, more 6,000 surveys were mailed to family members and other responsible parties.
Nearly 53 percent of the surveys were returned. Results were compared to a campus’ past performance as well as to the performance of other Trilogy campuses.
