Spencer County man arrested for dealing meth

A Spencer County man was arrested for dealing methamphetamine this week.

Indiana State Police All Crimes Jasper Policing Team and the ISP Drug Enforcement Section conducted a drug investigation over the past several weeks in Spencer County. Through the investigation, detectives were able to obtain enough probable cause to charge Otto W. Embry Jr., 55, with several counts of dealing and possession of methamphetamine.

Troopers were able to locate Embry on Tuesday and take him into custody without incident. Embry was taken to the Spencer County Jail. He was charged with three counts of dealing in methamphetamine, one a Level 3 felony and two Level 4 felonies, and two counts of possession of methamphetamine, both Level 6 felonies.

Trooper Kaitlyn Greene and K-9 Drogos, the Dubois County Sheriff's Office and the Huntingburg Police Department assisted with the investigation.
