Wood Memorial 30, Southridge 24: The Raiders (8-11) were originally supposed to play on Tuesday, but the game got moved to Monday due to Tuesday being senior night in wrestling against Jasper. Southridge dropped its sixth loss in its last seven games.
Junior Kennedy Nalley accounted for the majority of the scoring with 15 points, but she also fouled out. The Raiders mustered up a mere point in the second quarter of play on Monday.
They will look to bounce back at 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Pocket Athletic Conference rival Gibson Southern. Southridge is 3-3 in PAC play.
