Session on Advance Care Planning setFebruary 7, 2020
DALE — Advance Care Planning is about everyone taking time now to understand future health care choices and to state their preferences in case they are not able to make these decisions for themselves in the future.
Dr. Jeannie Gruber, of Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center’s Santa Claus Family Medicine, will present a free educational event. “The Importance of Advance Care Planning” will take place at 2 p.m. CT Friday, Feb. 21, at Willowdale Village.
Dr. Gruber received her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, and completed a residency in family medicine at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
