Seasons Paintings

Kendyl Blackgrave, 12, left, and Kaitlyn Fromme, 13, both of Jasper, paint a snowman design during a program at the Jasper Public Library on Wednesday. The two best friends attended the program together and both plan on gifting their finished painting to their parents. "We're always looking to connect with teens in our community and they seem to really like the hands-on art projects," said Lisa McWilliams, the youth services librarian.

Hannah Newton of Ireland, 10, paints a guitar design during a program at the Jasper Public Library on Wednesday. Hannah said she choose the design "because I really want a guitar." 

 

Eli Zook of Jasper, 14, paints a snowman design during a program at the Jasper Public Library on Wednesday. "It's pretty relaxing," Eli said. "You can just let yourself inspire yourself."
