Schneider medals at PAC Meet

PAC Golf
Senior Baileigh Schneider has medaled time after time for Southridge this season, and one could say Saturday was par for the course. Schneider shot an 81 at the Pocket Athletic Conference Meet at the Country Oaks Golf Course to be named the individual PAC champion. Southridge shot 393 as a team to finish second behind champion Gibson Southern's 365. Heritage Hills shot 421 as a team for fourth place, while Forest Park did not have a team score.
Prep Boys Tennis
Patriots 4, Wildcats 1: Heritage Hills traveled to Mount Vernon, and nearly got the sweep. The Patriots (4-2) won their fourth straight match on Saturday, winning all but the No. 3 singles, which they forfeited. Heritage Hills is set to play today at Tell City.
Prep Cross Country
Class 1A-3A Meet
Boys: Forest Park finished seventh out of 16 teams at the Terre Haute Savings Bank State Preview. Junior Bryce Troesch paced the Rangers by finishing fourth with a time of 17:45. Fellow junior Ethan Hall placed 12th with a time of 18:33.
Junior Spenser Wolf competed as an individual with runners from larger schools. He ran a time of 16:06.1 to finish sixth in the race.
Girls: Forest Park's girls finished fifth of 11 teams. Junior Karli Kitten ran a time of 22:14 to finish sixth, while freshman Allison Fraze finished 14th with a time of 23:06 to come in at 14th. Senior Sara Kitten ran a time of 24:49 to come in at 27th.
