Sarah Berger of Jasper and Jacob Theobald of Lawrenceburg, IN exchanged wedding vows at 2 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2020. The ceremony was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Indianapolis and was officiated by Father Duc.
The bride is the daughter of Bud and Mary Jane Berger of Jasper. She is a 2008 Jasper High School graduate and 2012 graduate of University of Indianapolis with a degree in Human Biology. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Marian University in 2015. She is employed at Ascension St. Vincent as a Registered Nurse in Indianapolis.
The groom is the son of Keith Theobald and Jackie and Jack King. He is a 2011 graduate of East Central High School in St. Leon, IN and studied at USI in Evansville. He is employed as a Branch Manager of Citizen Bank in Mooresville, IN.
Matron of honor was the bride’s sister, Laura Boswell. The bride chose as her bridesmaids Katie Caldwell, Teale Annen, Keshia Williams, Amber Kramer, Lauren Dini, Amy Record, and Erika Richards, all friends of the bride. Flower girl was Laine Boswell, niece of the bride. The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The best man was Spencer Gommel, friend of the groom. The groomsmen were Brian Berger, brother-in-law of the groom; Matthew King, brother of the groom; Jason Seiwert, Derek Allen, and Grant Huebner, all friends of the groom. Ring bearer was Layton Boswell, nephew of the bride.
Ushers were Erik Boswell, brother-in-law of the bride, and Jack King, stepfather of the groom. Lectors were Mary Beth and Steve Sleeth, Aunt and Uncle of the bride; and Derek Allen, groomsmen.
The reception was held at the Avon Wedding Barn.
