Roadwork postponed until next weekJune 11, 2021

JASPER — As a result of this week’s inclement weather, the Jasper Street Department's contractor has postponed the aforementioned milling/paving schedule in the East 15th Street area.
The revised scheduled is as follows. Milling will now begin on Wednesday, June 16, andc ontinue through Thursday, June 17; prepping will be on Friday, June 18, and paving will commence the following week, Monday and Tuesday, June 21 and 22.
The affected streets are Cherry Street from East 15th Street to Kellerville Road; East 15th Street from Kellerville Road to the railroad crossing; and Kellerville Road from East 15th Street to Cathy Lane/Cherry Street.
No parking will be allowed along the above routes. Although these streets will not be closed throughout this project, motorist will experience lengthy delays.
Progression of this project will depend on weather conditions and any other events beyond the city's control.
