FERDINAND — The ribbon at Southern Indiana Complete Fitness will be cut at 10 a.m. Saturday in a ceremony led by the Ferdinand Chamber of Commerce.
The new business, in the former CVS Pharmacy store at Country Plaza, offers fitness classes based on free weights and body weights instead of machines. All classes are conducted by a trainer and workouts change daily.
Owners Ryan Becher and Jeff Durlauf, both of Ferdinand, opened the business in February.
Southern Indiana Complete Fitness is open from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. and from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.
