Redemption moves to home gatheringsMay 4, 2020
Starting Sunday, May 10, Redemption Christian Church — with campuses in Jasper and Loogootee — will operate as a church of micro-sites, gathering in homes in groups of 25 or less to take part in the digital gatherings on a weekly basis, until further notice.
With Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb’s five-stage Roadmap to Safely Reopen Indiana in place, Redemption leadership is determining a roadmap to safely reopen the doors of buildings in Jasper and Loogootee. Of course, Redemption believes the church is the people, not the buildings, so the church has never closed, only facilities.
Redemption encourages people to gather in groups of 25 or fewer to watch digital services together. As plans progress — based on state recommendations — Redemption will have announcements forthcoming in the next week.
Plans will be communicated via Redemption’s Web site — RedemptionIN.com — and social media as soon as possible.
