FERDINAND — Police say limited damage occurred in a rear-end collision involving two vans Thursday in Ferdinand.
The Ferdinand Police Department said the 11:30 a.m. mishap occurred at West Third Street and Industrial Park Road. It involved a 1999 Chevrolet van driven by Dawn S. Kerstiens, 46, Jasper, and a 2018 Ford van driven by John L. Stuttville, 39, Newburgh.
Both vehicles were making right turns from West Third Street to go north on Industrial Park Road.
Police say a third vehicle not involved in the collision caused Stuttville to brake, which resulted in the Kerstiens Chevrolet rear-ending the Stuttville Ford.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts and there were no injuries.
Damage was estimated at $499.99 to each vehicle and both vans were driven from the scene.
No citations were issued.
