Here's a look at the other games featuring our teams.

South Spencer 13, Forest Park 7: The Rangers (2-4, 0-2) won in so many areas on Friday night - except for the one area that it mattered most. They outgained the Rebels in offensive yards, outran them, had more passing yards, had more third down conversions and fewer penalties. However, the Rebels made them pay for giving up the big plays. A 32-yard touchdown run by Rylan Davis allowed South Spencer to get on the board first with 3:32 to play in the first quarter. Forest Park responded in the second quarter off a five-yard touchdown run by senior Ethan Beckman, and Joel Bueltel tied it, 7-7, on a PAT. However, sophomore Garin Kenney threw a 64-yard touchdown pass to senior Trey Burden that turned out to be the game-winner, 13-7, with 3:48 to play in the first half.

Gibson Southern 42, Heritage Hills 3: The Patriots (4-2, 1-2) saw their four-game win streak snapped Friday night at Fort Branch. They trailed, 21-0, after one, and the Titans only added on from there. The Pats had their only score on a second-quarter field goal by senior Ethan Hill. They can, however, hang their hat on no turnovers for the second straight week, and never put the ball on the ground.
