Randall “Porky” Asbell, 62, of West Baden Springs, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 3, 2019, in the comfort of his home surround by family.
He was born on July 12, 1956, in Washington to Richard and Helen “Nicholson” Asbell.
Porky married the love of his life, Yolanda “Yodi” Slaten on May 21, 1977, and she survives.
Porky was preceded in death by his parents,; three brothers; and two sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Yolanda “Yodi” Asbell; one son, Dan Asbell (Jaleigh); two daughters, LaWanda Hammond (Jim) and Amanda Emerick (Zeb); five brothers, Lee Asbell (Margie), Bill Asbell, Tim Asbell (Debbie), Donald “Satch” Asbell (Nancy)and Mike Asbell; three sisters, Judy Cox (Ray), Donna Mills (Kenny) and Pam Asbell; and eight grandchildren.
A Funeral Ceremony was be conducted by Rev. Wayne Pendley and Pastor John Moffatt on Sunday. Burial followed in the South Liberty Cemetery.
Arrangements were in the care of Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Homes, French Lick.
