Raiders, Jeeps won't play today

Tonight's scheduled girls basketball action has been postponed. Northeast Dubois was scheduled at 7:30 p.m. to host North Knox, while Southridge was scheduled at 8 p.m. to welcome Princeton. 

Northeast Dubois athletic director Terry Friedman made the announcement in an email at 6:53 a.m. on Tuesday, while Jeeps girls basketball coach Andy Chinn said in a text message to the Herald that he will announce when a make-up date is scheduled.

Southridge athletic director Brett Bardwell said in an email statement at 9:54 a.m. that the game against the Tigers will be rescheduled at a later date.

Southridge is scheduled to host Jasper at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the season opener for the Wildcats, while Northeast Dubois is next scheduled to take the floor Friday at the Corydon Central Tournament, a tournament the Raiders will compete in as well.
