Raiders fall to Rams on the road

From Herald Staff Reports

The Southridge girls basketball team traveled to Paoli on Saturday but fell just short to the Class 2A No. 5 Rams 38-30.

After the Raiders dropped their opening game of the season to Perry Central in a heartbreaker, Southridge battled Paoli tough as they played a close game with the ranked foe throughout all four quarters — a big difference from last year’s 62-28 home loss to Paoli.

The Raiders will be back in action Tuesday night on the road at Princeton. No individual stats were available from this game.
