Probation revoked in impaired driving case

From Local Sources

JASPER — A Vanderburgh County man’s probation was revoked Friday in a 2016 impaired driving case.

Clint W. Utzman, 44, Evansville, was sentenced to supervised probation in August 2016, after pleading guilty to impaired driving. Authorities filed to revoke that probation in June 2017.

When Utzman allegedly failed to appear for multiple court hearings, a warrant for his arrest was issued out of Dubois Superior Court on Oct. 18, 2017.

Utzman was booked into the Dubois County Security Center at 4:47 p.m. Thursday on the active warrant. During a Friday court appearance, Utzman’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 180 days on work release.
