ZOAR — The Dubois County Sheriff’s Department ticketed a man after a Sunday morning rollover accident east of Zoar.
Joshua T. Martin, 41, Holland, was northbound on County Road 850W in a 2014 Dodge Avenger when the 4:21 a.m. accident occurred south of Old Road 64, according to the sheriff’s department.
Deputies said Martin’s car ran off the east side of the road and rolled over on its top in a ditch.
Martin allegedly told deputies he was coming out of a 90-degree curve at the location when he lost control of the car on loose gravel.
Damage was estimated between $2,500 and $5,000.
A KARS wrecker towed the Dodge because of disabling damage, according to the sheriff’s department.
A deputy cited Martin for driving while suspended.
