Police charge man with invasion of privacy

SANTA CLAUS — Authorities charged a Spencer County man with invasion of privacy in a filing last week.
The Santa Claus Police Department alleged Nathan R. Ferguson, 29, 341 E. Inauguration Day, Santa Claus, violated a protective or no-contact order the morning of April 22 when he messaged a protected person.
Authorities charged Ferguson in Spencer Circuit Court with a misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy. The court set Ferguson’s initial hearing for June 25.
