HOLLAND — Police arrested a driver clocked at 111 mph Saturday night on preliminary counts of reckless driving and operating while intoxicated.
An Indiana State Police trooper patrolling State Road 161 near County Road 1150S at 9:12 p.m. clocked a 2014 Lincoln passenger car driven by Michael P. Kern, 52, 10700 S. Mary Court, Huntingburg, traveling at 111 mph in the 55 mph zone.
Troopers immediately conducted a traffic stop where they reported Kern exhibiting signs of impairment.
