HUNTINGBURG — A man’s actions at a 17th Street apartment complex resulted in his arrest.

The Huntingburg Police Department was called to the complex at 11:03 a.m. when it was reported that an unwanted person was climbing onto a balcony.

Officers made contact with Reid A. Toby, 19, 809 Shelby St., who was inside an apartment.

Police report that the property manager had told Toby not to return to the complex last month, and the apartment renter, when contacted, said he was not allowed inside the unit.

Authorities booked Toby into the Dubois County Security Center at 2:02 p.m. on preliminary misdemeanor counts of residential entry and criminal trespassing.
